JADDE Financial Solutions, LLC provides implementation, training and consultation services for QuickBooks Financial Accounting Software. For businesses up to approximately four million in sales revenue, financial management reporting needs can usually be met with QuickBooks Simple Start, Pro or Premier. For larger businesses up to approximately fifty million in annual sales revenue, we provide consulting services on the highly scalable QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions version. We also provide remote or on site bookkeeping services for small businesses that use QuickBooks softward

Our ideal client is any business owner that wants accurate financial management reporting.

We are unique because we take a very individualized and customized approach. Not all businesses, even within the same industry, have the same needs. We tailor our engagements to meet our customer’s specific financial reporting and bookkeeping needs. We also have strong financial backgrounds so we not only understand the logistics and the technical side of the software –we understand what the financial reporting output should be.

Ms. Judith DeFeo is the founding owner of JADDE Financial Solutions, LLC a QuickBooks consulting company providing training and consulting services for small and mid size businesses in all versions of QuickBooks Accounting software since 2003.

An Advanced Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, Ms. DeFeo has more than 15 years in the financial industry. She also teaches QuickBooks Advanced Reporting and Job Costing with QuickBooks courses at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, NJ

Prior to starting her company in 2003, Ms. DeFeo had worked for Goldman Sachs & So., in NYC from 1987-2002. As Vice President in the Global Treasury and Banking Division, Ms. DeFeo managed a team of employees whose responsibilities included global cash management, bank reconciliations, fee analysis and process improvements. Additionally, Ms. DeFeo prepared, tracked and analyzed the division’s twenty million dollar global budget and allocations for eight Goldman Sachs offices in New York, Europe, and Asia.

Ms. DeFeo is a member of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO) and is currently serving as the State VP of Finance. She earned a 2007 Teal Heart Award for her contributions to the Monmouth-Ocean chapter. She hs served in several other chapter positions including: PreMeeting Coordinator, Advertising Chair, and Vice president of Finance. She has taught the Intro to Bookkeeping course for NJAWBO’S Women’s Business Center.
