A long time real estate professional and investor, Jaime Raskulinecz, CPM, has worked full-time in the industry since 1994. Ms. Raskulinecz is the CEO of Entrust Northeast, LLC, a firm she founded after struggling to find a local business that could help her make real estate investments within her retirement accounts. Entrust Northeast specializes in comprehensive account administration and transaction support services for self-directed retirement and savings accounts. Their services and expertise enable investors to truly diversify their retirement portfolios by making real estate and other alternative investments within tax-advantaged accounts.
Jaime strives to empower clients with the knowledge needed to proactively shape their financial future and is a frequent speaker on non-traditional investments within retirement plans. She delivers regular presentations and workshops to investors, advisors, realtors and other professionals throughout the tri-state area to help individuals better understand their investment options and the requirements involved in self-directed accounts and transactions. She and her team opened their doors in 2005 and their services are so unique and in demand, that the firm experienced over 100% growth in 2006 and over 75% growth in 2007 and she projects similar growth this year as the word continues to spread.
Ms. Raskulinecz has more than a decade of experience within the real estate industry and has served on the executive board of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Chapter 1 in New Jersey. As a long-time real estate investor herself, she has deep knowledge and experience in the northeast marketplace as well as with waterfront properties in Cape Cod and Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
