She is a Certified Professional Coach and brings 20+ years of corporate experience to her business. She is a Communications Coach and Trainer and specializes in personal and professional career development and supplements it by utilizing behavioral and attitudinal assessments to assist her clients evaluate their communication effectiveness and leadership skills.
Prior to establishing her coaching and training business, she held positions with increasing responsibility within small, medium, and large pharmaceutical companies. Her career focused on the support of the entire pharmaceutical product pipeline, from Research & Development to Commercial Operations, both from a financial and analytical perspective.
Pam holds a CPC certification from iPEC Institute, an M.B.A. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson, with a specialization in Pharmaceutical/Chemical Studies, and a B.S. in Finance from Rider University. In addition to her membership with NJWABO, she is also affiliated with the NJ Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a member of the Healthcare Business Women's Association (HBA).
Outside of work, Pam enjoys spending time outdoors caring for her small cow farm, 3 dogs, 3 cats with her husband Andy. She also is a volunteer member for NORWESCAP Career Life & Transitions, local animal shelters, and Puppies Behind Bars. She is passionate about meeting new people, learning new things, and traveling to new places. Her goal is to make a positive impact on life and others by inspiring people to tap into their potential through empowerment and support via her coaching business.
